1. Agreement Acceptance
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User") and Xinghui Shengshi (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company") regarding your use of the MeetEasy (星汇小蜜书) Platform ("Platform").
By registering an account, logging in, or using any Platform feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
- You must be at least 14 years of age (users under 14 require guardian consent)
- You must provide truthful and complete registration information
- You must have the authority to bind your organization if registering on its behalf
2.2 Account Security
- You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
- Do not share your login credentials with others
- Use a strong, unique password
- Report suspected unauthorized access immediately to 2026-07-01

3. User Obligations
3.1 Registration & Forms
When registering for conferences or submitting forms:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Do not register on behalf of others without authorization
- Do not submit false or misleading data
- Respect registration capacity limits and deadlines
3.2 AI Interaction
When using the AI assistant:
- Do not attempt to manipulate AI responses through prompt injection
- Do not use AI to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
- Understand that AI responses are informational, not professional advice
- Do not share sensitive personal data (passwords, financial info) in AI chat
3.3 Content Standards
You must not publish or transmit content that:
- Violates laws or regulations of the People's Republic of China
- Infringes intellectual property rights of others
- Contains harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
- Includes malware, spam, or phishing attempts
- Impersonates other individuals or organizations
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Platform's AI assistant generates responses using large language models. You acknowledge that:
- AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
- AI does not replace official event information from organizers
- The Company is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
- AI conversation data may be stored as described in the Privacy Policy
5. Intellectual Property
- Platform software, design, and documentation are owned by the Company
- Your content (registration data, uploaded materials) remains yours
- You grant the Company a limited license to process your content for Service delivery
- Conference organizers own attendee registration data for their events
6. Account Suspension & Termination
6.1 By You
- Delete your account through Platform settings
- Contact 2026-07-01 to request account deletion
- Upon deletion, personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy retention schedule
6.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate this Agreement or Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Pose a security risk to the Platform or other users
- Fail to pay applicable fees (when paid tiers are available)
We will provide notice and opportunity to remedy when reasonable, except for severe violations.
7. Data After Termination
- Account deletion triggers data deletion per the Privacy Policy
- Registration data for past events may be retained by organizers per their policies
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely
8. Agreement Updates
We may revise this Agreement. Changes will be communicated via Platform notification or email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, stop using the Platform and delete your account.
