MeetApp — Getting Started
MeetApp is the attendee-facing mobile web application. Use it to browse conference microsites, register, interact with the AI assistant, check in, and find your seat.
How to Access MeetApp

| Direct link | Open the conference URL shared by the organizer (email, SMS, social media) |
| QR code | Scan the conference QR code at the venue or on promotional materials |
| Open the WeApp mini program and select the conference |
MeetApp works best on mobile browsers (iOS Safari, Android Chrome) and inside WeChat WebView.
First Visit
- Open the conference link.
- The VisuSpace microsite homepage loads with conference info, countdown, and navigation.
- Browse pages: agenda, speakers, venue, registration.
Sign In (If Required)
Some conferences require login before registration or AI chat:
- Tap Sign In or attempt an action that requires authentication.
- Log in with phone, email, or WeChat (in WeApp).
- Your session persists for the duration of the conference.

Navigation
The microsite navigation is configured by the organizer in VisuSpace:
- Home — Conference overview and countdown
- Agenda — Session schedule and details
- Speakers — Speaker profiles and bios
- Register — Registration form
- Check-in — On-site check-in (available during the event)
- AI Assistant — Chat with the conference AI helper
Language & Appearance
- MeetApp supports English and Chinese — switch via the language selector if available.
- Light and dark themes follow your device settings or can be toggled manually.
Tips
- Add the conference page to your phone's home screen for quick access
- Enable notifications if prompted — you'll receive session reminders and updates
- Save your ticket code after registration for fast check-in
- Use the AI assistant to find sessions, speakers, and venue information
