Check-in & Seat Lookup
Check in to your conference on event day and find your assigned seat in MeetApp.
Before Event Day
Make sure you have:
- Approved registration — Check your status on the conference page
- Ticket code — Save the code from your registration confirmation
- MeetApp link — Bookmark or add to home screen for quick access
Self Check-in
- Open the conference in MeetApp on event day.
- Navigate to Check-in from the menu or homepage button.
- Enter your ticket code or tap Show QR Code.
- Submit — you'll see a confirmation message.
QR Code Check-in
For faster check-in at staffed stations:
- Open Check-in in MeetApp.
- Tap Show QR Code to display your personal QR code.
- Present the QR code to event staff who scan it with Console.
Staff-Assisted Check-in
If self check-in is not enabled or you need help:
- Provide your name, email, or ticket code to event staff.
- Staff checks you in using Console.
- Your MeetApp status updates to "Checked in" automatically.
Seat Lookup
If the organizer has configured seating:
- After check-in, your seat number appears on the confirmation screen.
- Tap View Seat Map to see your seat highlighted on the venue layout.
- You can also find seat info in your registration details before check-in (if the organizer enabled pre-assignment display).
Check-in Status

| Not checked in | Awaiting check-in on event day |
| Checked in | Successfully checked in; timestamp recorded |
| Check-in closed | Check-in window has ended |
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Ticket code not recognized | Verify code from registration confirmation; contact event staff |
| Check-in button not visible | Check-in may not be open yet — wait until the check-in window starts |
| Seat not shown | Seating may not be configured, or assignment happens at check-in — ask event staff |
| QR code won't display | Ensure registration is approved; refresh the page |
Tips
- Screenshot your ticket code before arriving at the venue
- Arrive early during peak check-in times to avoid queues
- If using QR check-in, increase screen brightness for reliable scanning
- Save the seat map screenshot if venue Wi-Fi is unreliable
