AI Assistant & Voice Input
Use MeetEasy's built-in AI assistant to get conference information, find sessions, and ask questions in natural language.
Open the AI Assistant
- Open the conference in MeetApp.
- Tap the AI Assistant icon or chat button (typically floating on the page or in navigation).
- The chat interface opens with a welcome message.
Text Chat
Type your question in the input field and send:
Example questions:
- "What time does the keynote start?"
- "Who is speaking at Session 3?"
- "Where is the main venue?"
- "How do I check in?"
- "Show me today's agenda"
The AI assistant uses conference data (agenda, speakers, venue) and general knowledge to respond.
Voice Input (ASR)
Speak instead of typing:
- Tap the microphone icon in the chat input area.
- Speak your question clearly.
- The system transcribes your speech to text (ASR) and sends it to the AI.
- The response appears as text in the chat.
TIP
Voice input requires microphone permission. Grant access when prompted by your browser or WeChat.
What the AI Can Help With

| Speakers | Speaker names, titles, session links |
| Venue | Directions, room names, floor plans |
| Registration | How to register, check status |

Limitations
- AI responses are generated by a language model and may not always be perfectly accurate
- The assistant reflects conference data configured by the organizer — if agenda is incomplete, answers may be limited
- AI does not replace official announcements from organizers
- Do not share sensitive personal information in chat
Disclaimer
AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Verify critical information (times, locations) with official event materials.
Privacy
AI conversation content may be stored for service improvement and support purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Tips
- Ask specific questions for better answers ("When is the AI workshop in Room B?" vs "Tell me about workshops")
- Use voice input when typing is inconvenient (walking, on-site)
- If the AI gives an incorrect answer, check the agenda page directly or ask event staff
